What you can report
- Undeclared conflicts of interest.
- Fraud, bribery or any offence under Chilean Law 20.393.
- Misuse of privileged information or of client data.
- Workplace harassment, sexual harassment or discrimination.
- Breaches of insurance market regulation or of our internal procedures.
How it works
Confidential
The identity of the reporter is kept confidential. You can also report anonymously.
No retaliation
NEXO does not tolerate retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith. It is prohibited and sanctioned.
Followed through
Every report is logged, investigated and closed with a documented resolution.
