01Who processes your data
The data controller is NEXO Corredores de Seguros S.A., RUT 77.690.260-8, with offices at Av. Mariano Sánchez Fontecilla 310, floor 7, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.
02What we collect
Only what you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, email, phone, company and the content of your message. Browsing the site requires no data from you.
03Cookies
NEXO sets no cookies of its own, none for analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking, and stores nothing in your browser. The third-party content we do use is listed below, one by one: those are the only things that may store anything on your device.
04Form anti-spam check
The contact form uses hCaptcha to tell a person from a robot. Opening the Contact page loads scripts from Web3Forms, the service that receives the form, and from hCaptcha. Both receive your IP address and technical signals from your browser to run that check, and may store a temporary identifier on your device. hCaptcha is designed not to track you across sites or build an advertising profile of you. It is governed by the privacy policies of hCaptcha and Web3Forms, not ours. We use it for a concrete reason: without it, the form fills up with automated junk.
05Third-party content: the map
There is one exception and we would rather say it. The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map. When you open that page the map loads from Google servers, which receive your IP address and may set their own cookies, governed by Google’s privacy policy rather than ours. It is the only external content on the site: the fonts, the images and the scripts are all served from our own domain. If you would rather avoid it, the address is also written out on the Contact page, or you can block third-party content in your browser.
06What we use it for
Solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare an insurance proposal. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
07How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and to meet the legal and regulatory obligations that apply to an insurance broker.
08Your rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or object to the processing of your data by writing to contacto@nexoseguros.cl. We respond within the timeframes set by law.
09Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information. The site is served entirely over HTTPS.
