We are pleased to share an important update on personal data protection. With the recent enactment of Personal Data Protection Law No. 21.719, new guidelines have been established for processing biometric data used in identity verification.
One of the most significant changes is that, in order to continue providing online medical expense reimbursements through IMED with Fonasa, isapre and various insurance company benefits, your express consent to process this biometric data will be required.

It is worth noting that you will not need to repeat this procedure for each health system, unless the process is initially carried out in person or online.
